Welcome

Welcome to the site of the descendants of Nicolas Perrot and Madeleine Raclos, whose marriage would have taken place November 11, 1671, at the time of signing of their marriage contract in the presence of the notary, LaRue, at Cap-de-la-Madeleine, Quebec, or shortly thereafter. Thanks to genealogical research we can now go back up the male line to the grandfather of Nicolas, François Perrot and his second wife, Etiennette Chamereau, married in 1610, in Darcey, Burgundy. Note that, if your ancestors are Pierre Perrot, soldier in the Berry regiment, Saint-Felix company, and Marie-Genevieve Poulin, married April 11, 1763, in Quebec city, you're also part of the family, since Pierre was also a descendant of François Perrot, from a previous marriage to Jeanne Bouchot.

Dear cousins, members of the Association, don't forget to let us know of any change in your whereabouts (new postal address, email, telephone, etc..). And, to add to our fonds of the descendance, do please tell us about wedding announcements, births, obituaries, anecdotes, newspaper clippings, etc...
